I sent the EEOC a huge box of back up documentation to prove my claim and they promptly sent it back to me six months ago. Now, a week ago, I get a letter which states their position on the matter (which by the way has nothing to do with my alligations).. and I'm supposed to respond within 3 days?? They had a YEAR to put together some lame 1 paragraph response.. and I have 5 days to put together everything I already sent them?
They(kroger) said they "investigated" but I know for a fact they did not ask one question to any of my 20 witnesses............. so um... guess that's a lie right?
I'm getting a little tired, which I'm sure is the agenda of Kroger AND the EEOC................. hoping I will just go away.
But they stole 3 years of my life, made my life a living hell, and all they can say is.. "gee, why didn't you say something".? Really? When you're being harrassed by managers and you are going to formally complain............ what do you think that's gonna do to your career at Kroger??? DUH
(sigh)......................Bully's are everywhere................!!! I'm gonna fight back, just because I have all the facts, witnesses, and paperwork and I will BURY them with it!!
And the Unions of Kroger...................... is the most bizzare thing I've ever seen in my working life. Seriously............ Unions were invented to protect people from bad employers................. well .. if you're a good employer you wouldn't need a damn union would you???????????
