No Days Off? and yet not even 24 total hours worked?

What the hey? I used to have 40hr shifts. Now I'm down to 24, working ALL efen week with no day off!!! Is this legal? CO Labor website only states employer is NOT required to pay for "show-up" time but is not specific in regards to time-off. Please help.

Sadly in some contracts they have it to where part-timers can be worked 6 days without being paid SIXTH DAY pay.

Call your union about this.  Perfect question to ask them.
