Listen. Your manager needs to get over himself. I came for the full time. I don't need to be talked down to, I don't need you to be a passive aggressive crybaby because of the fact you made a bad career choice and now hate everyday you have to be there. I don't need you to complain that I show up in the grace period, and since I've only worked here a total of a month's time, I don't need you micromanaging my every move and as soon as I literally put something in the wrong spot. Give me time to look over my work. I'm sure this is why you're not married by your age.

Learn to manage, you egotistical, self loathing baby. Ever here of positive reinforcement?

I'm tired at the fact that you don't know how to write a schedule. How is it even remotely fair that I have to work 10+ hours on numerous occasions for 10 days straight when I HAVE a doctors appointment to attend that I've called off numerous times, all the while someone decides to go on vacation for a week and gets a day off two days after they come back. Do you ever wonder why every single person so far has quit that is a new hire? Because for one, they have another job. And they don't need your bull****. Don't tell me to run in from my break, I'm not 5. I have 15 minutes. If you call break at 12:03, don't expect me to be punching in until 12:18. I also don't need to deal with the sarcasm of your right hand lady. Stop telling me that I'm slow. Because for one, I've worked night crew for two weeks. And for two, I'm not slow. I keep up well. I'm not breaking a sweat for a 30 cent premium and I certainly am not trying to 'help' you out with all the disrespect you show me.

I'm also tired of all the **** talking you do about the people that quit. I cannot honestly blame them one bit. You know that day that you were an absolute jerk to me? Yeah. The one where you were bent out of shape for some reason and had to be on me every two seconds for nothing. Yeah. That's why I called in the following day. Not because I was sick, but because I knew you'd have to work extra long without me being there. Guess I'm not as useless as you thought now am I?

And so, Night Crew Manager. Eat ****. I hate you. I can't wait til I'm finished with school.

I feel the same way. I hate the night crew. They are old and nasty. They think they are the boss. When they tell me to do something I stand their and look at then. I want to curse them B out. P.S I work front end Customer Service.

This is not a unique situation here. Far from it! I've seen it numerous times in different stores, different companies...Personally, though, I think it's rather odd that there are some (not all) managers out there who seem to complain all the time about the people they have to work with. (OK...yeah, so you have new employees, "bad" employees, "slow" employees, you name it...deal with it, for crying out loud! Sometimes they just need a little coaching. So what? What are you gonna do???) But, when those SAME people they criticize up and leave or call in, they're just as disgusted that THEY have no help that day (as if THEY played no part in the persons leaving or calling in, which THEY would NEVER own up to...), and that THEY have to do all the work. If THEY didn't like them in the first place, and THEY wanted them gone, then THEY should be happy, right? (It does make sense...) But, I've never seen a happy manager when someone leaves or calls in, because now THEY are short-handed and/or have to do twice the work. It's as if THEY can't make up their minds. Please! They want the best of both worlds. But, like the old saying says, "You can't have your cake and eat it, too..." Sorry...
