How to get access to secure web apps like putting in Kroger card apps, elms, and qvision reports. I work 8-4 every morning and it is my job to print these reports and put in the apps and my front end manager won't give me access and I get yelled at by the back ups because the work is not done.
Well the kroger cards, fuel points, and credit applications are done within CAM, the Customer Account Manager. Elms and quevision reports are done from kweb which is accessed through citrix. If you need more help, lemme know.
Hmm I was thinking it was automatic when you got promoted to any sort of position which put you in the office. If it's your job to do these things and your CSM is not giving you what you need to do your job, you need to go to store management. They should either do it themselves or make your CSM do it.
yeah getting access to any new part of computer records is always a clusterfk that needs to get about 3 people in management involved, always, in my experience
