Found out that a few weeks ago the Unit Manager of the local store (south of Indy) was demoted to a co-manager after a bad Key Retailing visit. Apparently the store scored an abysmal 67% on an audit, and either the same day/next day, they were told to pack their sh!t and would be a co-manager at a different store the next day. Granted, the store has been on the skid for a while now, but that's f-ing harsh. Apparently, the whole damn district ended up moved around pretty much around the same time.
I'm so damn glad I got out. Everyone else, take this as a warning: Meet the standards (however rediculous they may be) or be prepared to get the f_ck out or be demoted. It's already happening.

Exactly. I need out too....what you describe is true in all retail. We struggle with percenages all the damn time: MAKE BONUES OR ELSE.
sadly we will never pass ket weeetelling in our market because of two things. Without a cutter or assistant, I have become a turtle hurder in stead of a market manager. the other thing is there is no time to train anyone or over lap shifts to help coach , train or follow up with any of my turttles.
