I am a part timer who just reached my one year with the company, and became eligible for vacation pay. I am one of those part timers who work 35-45 hours a week and ge cut to 30 hours on my last week to get full time. However, my vacation time is set at 40 hours on MYHr express when i checked. Also, my next raise is not the standard .05 cents for PT, it has gone up to .10. Have I hit that magical FT status and my Dept. Head just isn't telling me??? Please advise!!! (I was hired with 2 years of experience pay, so I already have a small bump in pay over others, so does that have anything to do with my raise going up?)

 

I work in the Atlanta Divison, so any responses from ATL would be great!

If it says 40 hours under your vacation time in your kroger hr webpage thats how much your vacation paycheck will be. You will get 40 hours of pay for your 1 week off. It's just an average.
