[1] Yes.
[2] Yes, you will reiceve a check in two weeks and then you'll get a check every week after. They can be cashed at the Service Desk.
[3] CBTs are the basics like not bagging chemicals with persishables, BOB (Bottom of Bascart), Customer Service, etc.

Do you start your CBT's on Saturday or OTJ training?

1. Yes

2. I don't know, I deposited it in my checking account until I got my direct deposit set up.

3. CBT's is all based on what position you were hired for. It's boring, but whatever. You get paid for it.

Good luck. Hopefully you won't be too overwhelmed with the crazy that will be Thanksgiving!

It depends on where you are at, and the rules of the area. All I can provide is the information that I know to be true for the Mid-Atlantic KMA and SouthWest KMA area.

1. Yes, you get paid for the time you are doing your CBTs, computer based training. It may take a pay cycle or two, and since you are starting on Saturday, you may not see a check until 11/29, and it will only be for Saturday. Sometimes, it may take even longer, so do not expect your check until 12/6.

2. Yes, after 10am, provided they have cash. You can pick up and cash out your check at the customer service desk/center.

3. It is just a bare-bones, basic introduction to the retail world that will take the majority of an 8 hour shift. It is most likely all computer based, and will go over common sense, key terms to the business, safety, and a few other things.

Yes, they can be, so long as they are black without color. Usually, if the trim is a different color, no big deal, but don't be surprised if someone were to question you. Goodluck to ya.

They must be black. I'd recommend Tred Safe. They go for about $19 at Walmart and are designed to be slip resistant, yet very comfortable.

Depends on the store. At our store, no one cares. One has bright blue, mine were black with hot pink on the rubber part, we have a hipster bagger that has neon shoes. Look at what everyone else is wearing and that will tell you how lenient they are.

Yea, I was surprised about them saying that too because there's no rule in my store. Or if there is, no one's enforcing it. :P
