After 2 and a half years we finally have a contract proposal. The union has given us three days notice for the ratification vote. There is one meeting for the vote. I just can't believe they can't have more than one meeting. There is no way everyone can rearrange their schedule to attend. Don't they work for us? Maybe they just can't waste their time dealing with us.
