you can use your plus card, yes.

i don't think we get anything off as employees on gift cards though.

Yeah, we only get a discount on Kroger brand items. Gift cards aren't Kroger brand

Actually, I'm no longer employeed at Kroger, so I don't get a discount, but that's a different story.

Damn, it's been almost 14 months since I left Kroger, and I STILL get employee discounts and the employee mail from corporate. Not complaining, mind you.

Hmm is every stores discount policy diffrent? I get 5% off on any products once a week.

It is negotiated on a division-by-division level from what I have heard.

If you're referring to using the senior discount on gift cards, you can't do that either. Senior discount details are negotiated div-by-div as well, I believe.
