I am learning how to close the customer service desk. Is it hard and what all do we do to close. I have some idea but I want to know more.

ips/aps report
auto tags report
money order for auto tag report
put everything away
turn everything off

thats it~

ours are:

ticketmaster reports
western union reports
lottery reports
put away lottery ticket holder
gather reciepts, expense slips, etc
money order reports
bill payment reports
put away money order vault
collect tills

were you already at customer service when trained to close or what?  since you posted this months ago, I'm curious what training you got.
