complaint about co-worker

Is there a way I can make a complaint about a co-worker in a more anonymous way? I'm not a higher up, he's at my level so I can't really bitch to him about not getting something done and expect it to work. This worker in particular hasn't been keeping up with his responsibilities for a while and it has created a heavy burden on my part to get his stuff done while getting my stuff done. Like I said it has been a trend and it's been happening for a while with this coworker.

There's no such thing as, "more anonymous."  It's either anonymous or it's not.

you know... you can always call either the Ethics Line (sorry i dont know the number) but it really isnt like a big ethical thing here so you are really barking up the wrong tree maybe if you call it or you can call the 1 -800- kroger number and bitch to whoever answers on the other side.  also -- you could do an anonymous e-mail to whoever in the kroger kingdom.  if i recall the email works by firstname.lastname@stores.kroger.com so if your store manager is Dick Head you would do dick.head@stores.kroger.com. the only problem there is getting the name right. Because he might go by Richard instead of Dick or a female might use Susan instead of Sue.

Leave the stuff that they don't finish. When a co-manager asks why it is not done, be honest and say because blank can't finish his shet and the stuff he does do is fugging trash. Don't smile, look straight in his/her eyes. Do it everytime, everyday until they move him. Works for me.

Sounds like you are a department head. If your reliever isnt meeting up to the standards expected, then another member can take over. Kroger made it efficient enough to train in just one hour all there is needed to maintain any department in its family of stores. It all comes with the territory bro. the dept head is there to take all the blame, not the bonus.

One thing you could try is talking with this person about your concerns. If that fails, quietly get with a salaried manager, go over your issues with that person, and arrange for a sit down with management, your co worker and yourself. At all times keep cool; don't get emotional about any of it. The point you're trying to convey is that you want your epartment's problems solved, and that you want everyone on board with the same goals.

At the very least, you'll be covering your own rear end.----Plus, you'll feel better at having taken control of the situation, insread of letting it eat you up.

Best of luck~
