Bakery: Are your bread baggers like this?

We bake a lot of bread.  Usually I either bake or bag.  For some reason, I seem to be the only one who will put bread out when it needs to go out.  Everybody else just throws it on the channel cart and maybe it will get worked when it's all bagged.  One woman even gets upset if the deli manager tells her to fill the bread tables.  Meanwhile, the shelves are sitting there empty and we're losing potential sales.  When I bag, the first thing I do is I go through the channel carts and I fill the shelves with the bread that was baked the day before.  That way when I bag the new bread I know if it needs to go out immediately or if it can go on a channel cart.

sounds like a lazy crew you got there.  you could throw a tantrum and say "why the hell don't any of you ever fill the bread rack?" and see how that goes over.

Here's another one.  Yesterday I put a channel cart of fruit pies in the oven.  They weren't done when it was time for me to leave but I told several people the timer had less than 15 minutes on it.   The people I told are reliable.  Apparently however, someone else heard the timer go off,  turned it off and left the pies in the oven!  If you don't know if something is done, go find somebody and ask.  Needless to say, by the time somebody noticed, it was too late.

Tell others who aren't doing something to put the bread out. Be accertative

Maybe you should stop taking your job so seriously.
