What city and state do you reside? I would contact your union rep.

Well the thing is Kroger doesn't actually have workers compensation. They have something called "Kroger Compensation". Tell your union rep to stop being lazy and help get the forms you need to get the process started.

Hello dude..i think if you are injured on the duty then its owner right to take care of you and gave all the expenses for the treatment which is the good sign of the good management..but wish you best of luck for the operation..get well soon..

Let's me start this my saying I hope you are doing better...I work for Kroger, Columbus, Ohio and Let say Kroger will fight you every step of the way for $1.00 !!!  I am still having to fight for payment after my surgery after they approved it. They have two lawyers Sedgwick and Desmore here and I am approaching four years of unpaid bills. If at all possible used your own insurance and get the treatment you need and get a great workers compensation attorney you are going to need one !!!

Kroger's plays buy a different set of rules because they are self Insured.
