What happened to rebounding and hourly management walks?

I've noticed recently that management have quit doing their hourly store walk throughs, at our store only one asst. manager does this so she can be seen and show off her "authority."  And the hourly rebounding calls have stopped.  I'm assuming this is because noone had the time to do this because we were alweays up front and didn't have time to rebound.

Anyone else notice this.

Hum.. I have never heard of any of that. I'm kinda of surprised there are no overnight managers for the stock clerks.

Because it was stupid in the first place. Having to do things on an hourly basis while dealing with customers, employees, and ****wads just can't be done... or remembered.

Our managers do their walks and bring up two take back carts instead of putting them on the self as they walk the store.
