My manager scheduled me during my school times so im just going to call in both days. How many call ins do i get before a write up? And do no calls ever fall off your record?
It would be best if you told your front end manager immediately that you won't be able to work those specific times due to school. You shouldn't leave it till the day off to call off. They expect you to give at least two hour notices when calling off, so as long as you do at least that I don't think they could write you up no matter how many times you call off. If you tell your manager immediately and she/he still tells you to still come in then calling off at least two hours before should be fine. If they try to give you a hard time the fact that you warned them before should give you some arguing room.
