I hired on at kroger in February 2012. I had previously worked at kroger for 2 1/2 years. I had talked to my HR this past September about getting experience pay for previously working for the company. It is now mid-January and I have not recieved a raise.
I ask my HR every few weeks about its status. All she keeps saying is that I should recieve back-pay and she is just waiting to hear back from corporate.

Kroger has a history of noving very slow on issues of pay increases that one is to recieve. If it does not happen within the first few weeks of employment then you NEED TO GET YOUR UNION REP involved in handleing it. if not you my wait many more weeks to months before you see it and there is no assurance that you will get all the back pay you are entitled to.
