Dairy Leads

Is there anbody else out there that totally despises dairy leads? Not any particular person specifically but you know like all of them. I dread going to work most days.  Get stuck with most of the perishable truck, milk truck breakdown, markdowns...and on and on. FML. To all dairy back ups and third wheels I Raise My Glass and say **** ALL THAT **** YOU GO THROUGH.

Hah! I HATED working in the dairy dept. Working in frozen and grocery was a vacation to me compared to dairy, especially on nights milk truck came in and milk was on sale. Or eggs was on sale. Our dairy mgr is also super OCD, which is fine, but he also quits communicating with someone when he's angry at them. Hardly manager material. You cannot know what to get done when they won't talk to you.

The dairy lead at L-346 thinks he owns the back room.  He's a real prick.

Our loads average out to 450 pieces. having to fill milk eggs markdowns tons of scanouts, ordering. all having to be done by one person. myself included. thats insane. Idk why its a sub-department of grocery. it should be its own.

It should totally be its own department, and not a sub of grocery. There's a lot more you need to know and look out for in dairy. They should also have 2 people MINIMUM in that department at ALL times, never one person going solo.

if the pay keeps dropping it'll be like walmart and they'll have 6 part time minimum wage workers with no commitment or idea how to serve customers, let alone rotate. Sales drop and then the doors close. Employers in America have yet to discover that reaganomics doesn't work and its worth paying for good people and thats why they used to do it. Eventually in the long run the accountants will need jobs too at this rate.

Geovany at store #17 in Houston. But honestly, managers aren't supposed to be nice. I would rather have a prick manager than prick co-workers
