cryKroger is no longer the Happy place ,it has changed so much in just the last three years ,it is now all about how much more work they can get out of the employees for less hours and how much more money they can put in thier own pocket. we no longer have manegment that cares about the employees and that realy is sad

There are great managers still out there, what happens is that they get moved around, promoted, etc.
Kroger (or any job for that matter) is what you make it. Do you care as much as you did when you first started?

We there out of five good managers. The other two think they are king and we are their subjects.

I keep saying Kroger doesn't want people working for them.  They want robots or better yet, Borg drones.  You will be assimilated.  Resistance is futile.
