You should still be able to access ExpressHR for a while after you quit because it takes a couple of weeks for termination to finalize in the system. Go to GreatPeople.me, login with your EUID and scroll down to the bottom and click on the Xpress HR link and login again. Should work. If not, you can still request your former manager print you a copy. If you don't want to deal with management contact HR or the Union for more assitiance.
