Do you have any witnesses who can attest to the fact that you weren't gone for 2 hours?

There are cameras all over the store. Surely you were spotted on those cameras during the time he said you were gone. Ask to see the camera footage.

Get the union involved and demand back pay. If you weren't gone for two hours, there's no way he'll be able to prove it.

Think of this optimistically. You were given a paid vacation.

ok so... did you clock out for lunch? how long were you gone?  did he show you the timesheets? do you remember that day and where you were and what you did?  right now this is a little vague and you havent given enough information for  me or any of us to answer your question.  sure he is allowed to suspend you b/c you didn't clock out and were gone for 2 hours.  can you explain a little better what actually happened so I can change my mind.

If you were suspended for a week, the first thing you should have done was called your union rep. Their number/business card should be on a union board in your break room, and they should file a grievance/"Step two" for unjust discipline. If the company is alleging theft of time, it's your manager's responsibility to provide proof. If they can't do so, your rep will demand that they reinstate and pay you back pay. I've been through a similar case. Call them ASAP.
