Why would Kroger fire a Customer Service Desk employee for helping a customer scratch off lottery tickets. It was at closing and the customer asked her for assistance. No written warning at all, just terminated. What say you?
They can, but its a totally douchebag thing to do. I'd contact the union and fight it, there isnt much of a story here, but if thats the entire story she will get her job back easily.
You are not technically suppose to do anything for the customer when at the service desk... really only upon request. kroger is liable for every thing we do....
