Yes, we did the free chip thing, and it was annoying. We had to do this on top of major lines, our Alternate ID system being down, and the registers and check readers messing up all over the place.
But it all worked out because we got to take some extra bags of chips home with us. Now I have enough Chicken and Waffles chips to last a few weeks, yay!

At our store, there was a one bag per customer limit (unless they were nice and polite, in which case we let them get two bags).
They are really good. They taste like syrup for the most part then a salty kick from something like a chicken base seasoning.
I can't get enough of them, although most people don't like them at all. One lady even bought a Mr. Goodbar because she wanted to get the awful taste out of her mouth. Oh well, more for me.

chicken and waffle were a freak show, like deep friend chicken skin soaked in maple syrup. it's just too weird an experience to be good. it made me want to gag and couldn't wait to get rid of the taste.
the doritos were spicy but uninteresting. the sriracha was spicy in an odd way. the garlic was awesome.
our floor supervisor made sure everybody got to try the flavors.
I got some. I took them home, my 2 y/o tried the chicken and waffles one. She spit it out and just said "No." and threw hers away. They taste awful. I can't make myself try the garlic bread ones. I do like the Sriracha, haven't tried the Doritos I need to be in the right mood I guess for them.
I tried the Garlic Bread ones a few weeks ago, those are awesome :D
I tried the Chicken and waffles one during my break last night, they were ok but honestly i don't know why people say they're so good.
I haven't tried the sriracha or the new doritos yet, but i have a bag of each right now to try later.
The co-manager who told me to take some home last night, had a whole grocery bag full of all the sample flavors to take home for himself last night, lmao.
Maybe i'm a wimp but i didn't really like the sriracha ones. The first few chips are good but by the time you get to the end of the bag you're just :O mouth on fire, lol
