I need some financial advice. Recently I gotten into a major financial hole because, my sister needed help. Anyways, I tried getting hardship from Merrill lynch & they denied even though I faxed my eviction notices to them!!and also I do have one previous loan out that I oww a little over 300 on. Why can't I take another loan out. I need some advice
