Don't you hate all the promotions we do at the registers. Everyday we have to do round ups. The we have one promotions every other month. MDA, children hospital, valentines day, hunger knows no season, and more. If we don't sell we get lecture. We do get rewards but its just candy. I am tired of so many I gave up.
what rewards? the promotions get as tiring for us as they do with customers. by the time we get through the 4-6 weeks they're tired of it. we also have to push "highly satisfied surveys" ... these people care more about their phone calls than even inputting their atm card pin number they don't care about our promotions!
we have promotions like for the MDA, but they're uncommon, maybe once every few months or so. and no survey pushing either, if we want customers to fill something out or read something, we put it in a bag with their groceries. we don't get rewards unless you're number one, in which case you get a gift card. not too shabby.
