Just wondering. Hearing a lot of talk about this recently. Personally I feel that facebook/twitter is your own space to talk about whatever you want. What do you think?
No because I only add the people from work who I know have general dislike for kroger like I do . But those people who I know who would die over the store ... No. I think that's why people are always getting caught up because they don't think about who their adding and letting follow them on Twitter .
Technically they're not suppose to get on to you for posts that reflect "badly" on Kroger. If you're having a discussion (like us) its protected by the NLRC. I personally have several comanagers and store managers on my facebook. In fact, Im pretty sure they saw how I created a group against prepackaged meat.

I don't post about work on Facebook, and my FB is closed up tight so no one can see what I post unless you're friends with me. I have 3 work people that I am FB friends with.
I only have one coworker on my FB, one person who used to work there and moved, and a couple people who work in a store in a different town.
I don't really post Kroger things on there anyway. One of the people who works in a different store is always ranting about Kroger on there but she's never gotten in trouble and she's worked there 10+ years.
