I'm transferring and just wondering if I would get a cost of living raise since housing is more expensive in the part of the country I am transferring to? Is there such a thing as a cost of living raise with kroger?
I would think you would at the least be able to keep your same pay your at right now since you are transferring and it's still all the same company but then again I'm non union so not sure how unions quite work with all that. Good luck
