I am a new hire at store #20 in Wheatridge colorado. King Soopers. My manager is lying about me in evaluations, I asked for a transfer over 2 weeks ago and I do not know who to contact about this. I need some help please. The store manager did not want to talk to me period. I love the store and the customers. what can I do?

What sort of transfer?  To another department or to another store?

how new?  you've seen / had your evaluations?

have you had any write ups after being hired? write ups can and will mess up your chances of being transferred for a specific amount of time

 

job evaluations on employees can be viewed by them. Meaning the management doing said evaluation has to allow the employee being evaluated veiw his/her evaluation as its being done.

 

if you are union consult with them or ask your manager to see your evaluation. perhaps he/she feels you are not ready to be transferred.
