I recently completed the new hire orientation and all the computer and bagging training for my new job at kroger. Now that i'm done with the training, when do i start working at the store? and do i have to call them or do i wait for them to call me?

You start as soon as they put you on the schedule.  I am suprised they didn't tell you to come in on such and such day at such and such time to get some hands on training.

Do not post store number or your ID on this site.

Go in at 8am in the morning when the manager or office people are there.  Wear the right pants and have a shirt ready if they gave you one.  Ask customer service to show you where the schedule is posted.  Explain that you just got hired, went thru computer training but were never told when you would be scheduled to work.  They might call or send someone to walk you thru it.  Ask when the schedule is posted.  Ask if you can start today!  They might let you stay or they might not be ready for you to start yet.

Some stores put schedules online.  If you have a EID, then you could check it online.  But, you have to get a password to your EID on the store computer before you can go online at home. The EID is your Initials and a 4-5 digit number.

When ever the person who hire you tells you. generaly the same week.

Wow are you me. I was recently hired and have done all of my training and have yet to hear when I will be working.  I've been checking the eSchedule at greatpeople.me religiously and I'm not scheduled for work.  :( No one has called me so I guess I haven't lost my job yet. I'm going to check the schedule in store just to make sure though. Good luck!
