Are they someone you want to be associated with? If so, then talk to your HR manager in your store, and on the application the person can put you down as an in-store reference.
have them put you down as a reference and a few days later ask your manager about their application. if you want to get thwm a job keep on it untill they hire them. make sure its what you want to do though once they are hired its your rep on the line if they don't las at least a year

Good rule of thumb. Don't help people get a job, especially at a place you work. Why? here's why.....All they can do is make you look bad? Why? Because managment naturally expects employees to be good and to work hard. So if they already expect that, they already assume that. You knever know someone and their work ethic until they work with you. Having said all this, it doesn't matter at Kroger. They could care less. Make sure to tell them to join the union. Remember, the union only protects ****ty workers. If they werent a ****ty worker they wouldn't need someone to stand up for them because management would treat them right in the first place. Plus, unions or democratic orginizations and donate to liberal and democratic causes, thats down side to unions.

You had me agreeing and nodding until this. I'm pretty darn liberal, but anti-union. Liberal and democratic causes aren't all bad, ya know.
