So, we will all know that to take days off you let them know a certain time before they make the schedule right?
Yet this fat a** co-worker of mine will just decide she has a doc's appointment and leave at like 9 in the morning (our department opens at 8) and she was schedule to work from 8-2. And it's just me and another person (plus the supervisor) working our butts off and it is busy as hell and we are having to do her part of the work too. And on top of that, she will be snacking in the back and keep going to the back of the department and making calls on her phone and other s***.
Like what the hell? I know you aren't clocked out and are taking a 30 min snack break when the rest of us are working... and the supervisor hasn't done anything yet cuz she transferred here like a couple-three months ago from another Kroger store (and she wasn't this bad when she first joined our department).
How do I get someone to come in and review her (without them actually being there cuz ofc she will be on her best behavior if someone is there rating her performance) or report her to someone higher than our supervisor (I know our department head has started noticing this stuff recently but I don't want to complain to them - I want to take care of this for once and for all and I want to reach the best person I can to end this BS).
PS. just curious as to what people think. I don't care if I rat on her or not because it's annoying as F to have to do her part of the work when she supposed to be working along with the rest of us.
are you friendly with the co-manager who manages your dept? is there one who is a stickler for this kind of thing? or perhaps the store manager? tell them. they'll make a mental note and look for things. eventually it'll catch up to this worker.
as a supervisor i got tired of writing down when someone was chronically late and didn't even call or just went home early without notice. no one even bothered to review this.
lol, no sorry. she might be big (I think she actually is) but anyone who is lazy I label a fat-ass including skinny people. No offense meant to any people but lazy people. I wasn't even thinking about her physical size when I wrote this, I just used the word like I do normally.
