Our union contract says you must average 36 hours for 16 weeks for full time. Im going into week 18 of working over 40 hours so I know I have it but they still keep scheduling me for only 20. HELP MEEEEE!!!!
gather your paystubs. if you have direct deposit, print them off from the website. talk to a union steward. find one that isn't biased in favor of the company or just ask for the union rep's phone number. the union rep will want to review your pay stubs to confirm you're full time under the contract. they'll advise you from there.
