What does "Accrued Credited Quantity" and "Quantity Remaining" mean?  

Oh,  also, what does "Next Job Step" mean?

"Current job step" is where I am on the seniority list right?

Job steps are codes for where you are on the pay scale, and have nothing to do with seniority.

Accrued credited quantity is how many weeks since your last raise.

Quantity remaining is how many weeks til your next raise.

yes like tech said, it has to do with the timing of your raises. so you have worked for 13 weeks with Kroger now. you can expect your next 10˘ raise to come your way in 13 more weeks. so in essence, you get a pay raise in 6 month. YIPPIE!
