TBCH, you shouldn't care. Only care when it affects you directly (such as termination or write-ups). If you get a write-up or are terminated, fight it for all you're worth. Discrimination CANNOT be tolerated. And believe you me, if one employee can get away with doing nothing whereas another is being threatened, there IS discrimination going on. If worse comes to worse, get a lawyer ready. Don't let people push you around. You shouldn't take crap from nobody.
