Vaporizers at work
Permalink

I've been working over Night at kroger for 11 months been wondering about vaporizers at work. not pot related but nicotine juice. I wasn't given a employee hand book when I started. Guess they don't want us to know the Rules. And also chewing tobacco. Someone please respond cause I vape at work when no customers are around. Let me know!!! Thanks!

If you have to question it, especially because of what it is, then err on the side of caution. It's most likely not accepted.

Ask your HR for a handbook. You should have received one because you have to sign that you received it.

Do you mean the E cigarette? There have been people that will "chew" while working. I would however ask your manager however.

I'm pretty sure that you are not supposed to chew at work. The fakey smokes are still unacceptable even if they aren't real. Keep it to your breaks.

they sent something down a month or two ago.. our ASP read it off at morning huddle.... no longer allowed due to customer complaints about people using in the aisles during day.

If you vape, keep it on breaks or lunch. And only do it in designated areas. Oh, btw, I doubt they can prevent you from vaping in your car...
