nothing, mind your own business. only say something if it becomes a safety issue. other than that, leave 'em be.

report it so it can be handled appropriately.  they can test her.  she can get help and there won't be a safety issue.

Do not say anything unless it jeapordizes your safety, her safety, co workers, or customers. Let herself get caught on her own. It's not a matter if she'll get caught, it's a matter of WHEN she'll be caught
