Are the people scedualing allowed to scedual high school students till midnight on a school night? (Has happened to me more than once now) I am not a fan of working till 12a not getting home till 1a on a school night

If you are over 18 yes. If not no.

They are allowed to if you are under 18, with a signed parental consent form, no more than 3 school nights per week. At least in TN.

Just tell them you have to have plenty of sleep so you can work on your spelling and grammar skills.  Scedualing?  Try scheduling.
