Pay cut update

I found out some info as to why I got a cut in pay. One of the cashiers had surgery on their arm some time ago. I'm not sure what exactly happened to facilitate this. But, it seems that this person decided to sue the store. I don't think the surgery was from an incident at work. Has anyone else had this happen?

That is crazy!  How do they cut your pay from minimum wage?

As other poster asked, "Is your store unionized?"  Speak to your union rep if you really got a paycut.  Hours cut is a whole different story tho.

Kroger has insurance for lawsuits and really good attorneys.  I doubt that effects your payrate.

This post can't be real, no one is this stupid. If they cut your pay, that might be the first thing I have ever seen Kroger get right.

Kroger does NOT have insurance for lawsuits. The stores pay for it out of pocket!
