E-schedule question (as if we don't get enough lol)

So they finally incorporated the schedules online, and as many of you have voiced your displeasure on the subject, I have some concerns as well. It's fairly insignificant, nevertheless a question i would like to know. My schedule from September 22 to the 28th has me for 21 hours, which is fine, however, the next week after that it says 0. Does management go that far ahead two weeks forward to put in the schedule the week after the one i just stated? or do they add it weekly, and don't fill the schedule up for the next two weeks? i'm sort of worried in that regard, because if i have 21 hours for next week and then it says 0 the week after (at least on the e-schedule) then i'd like to know if the e-schedule covers two weeks or just one week at a time.

You should probably call and speak with managment and ask if you have been terminated.

OP, do not do this. It will be a complete waste of your time and the time of the people in-store you get in touch with.

I don't know why your schedule lists the next week, but you have nothing to fear. The schedules are written out only for the next week in advance. The reason you have no hours listed is that schedule hasn't been written yet. It will show 0 hours until next saturday when it is posted.

thanks, i was just wondering. I doubt it has anything to do with a possible termination, because I highly doubt kroger can legally terminate their employees without any write ups or informing me that I am having a discussion in the office. the e-schedule also says i have 0 hours for the week previous, which isnt accurate because i was working 25 hours. unless they are trying to get rid of me without actually saying it, and randomly taking me off the schedule without any kind of verbal/written warning or a call to the office about my job status, then i doubt i'm gone. thanks

How was it? Did they put you on schedule? I was wondering too, if they terminate or something. However, they could have let me know why. I don't have any schedule posted on my E-schedule and found my name wasn't on the list of schedule at the store. I work at nights so I was not able to ask our store manager.
