This e-schedule thing is a disaster. We need to go back to the old system. There shouldn't need to be a need to make changes so drastic to the scheduling. The default settings for the system should be based on seniority and common sense. I hope unions everywhere file grievances against this thing. Even when they're "corrected" by managers, it is inexcusable how the system is being used by default.
