I've gone to union gatherings where the union guys brag about making $20 hour+ and laughing about how the the majority of the people they're suppose represent make minimum wage. God bless the union.

If your business agents are really laughing about that, by all means, hold them accountable. Of the two locals I have worked in, I have never heard somebody talk like that. I'd have their ass if I did.
