Is there any stipulations on what students who are 18 but still in hight school can work?
I keep getting scedualed till midnights on school nights. I live an hour away from the store so i dont get home untill late then have to be up early to get to school. There has been several times that I have been late to or missed school becouse of this.
Set your availability and let them know you've got school obligations. If they won't work with you on that, I suggest putting in a two weeks and finding something else.
Check your states Labor Laws. As 18 you are considered an adult- so in most states, and per union contracts....Krogers will basically, not care. Before e-scheduling, high management turn-overs ( they now move and rotate manangment almost every 6 months here- so as not to create any family atomospere within the stores)- there was a time where employees lives were at least taken in to consideration. But a computer automated system will have no such cares. Best of luck to you!

I keep getting SCHEDULED till midnights on school nights. I live an hour away from the store, so *I* DON'T get home UNTIL late AND then I have to be up early to get to school. There have been several times that I have been late to or missed school BECAUSE of this.
Not any restrictions that I know of for those over 18.
