Saturday around 1pm is when it's posted online. Changes to the schedule can be made all the way up to noon on Saturday so they figure after no more changes can be made it'll be up about an hour after that.

It should be posted on the wall friday by noon. Contact your union rep if it's not. But eschedule will be up around 1pm saturday regardless.

On second thought just talk with store management before you start calling the union. If they're telling you tough ****then you should call the union.

Our union contract states the schedule has to be posted at noon on Friday.  The paper schedule is never up and neither is the eschedule.  I've been waiting until noon on Saturday to get mine and lately is hasn't even been ready then.  Our store does whatever they want.

Our division says esched is available after 4 on Saturday. Normally our paper schedule goes up on Friday, but I have heard a lot of complaints from front end about it disappearing. If you can't find it, ask your department manager or AA to replace it, or give you a copy. If it's a serious problem, for example, the paper schedule gets changed a lot, but esched isn't updated, talk to the store manager or a co-manager. (Do NOT threaten a grievance, you'll just piss them off, and it may not be needed. Most managers want things to run as smoothly as possible, and if employees don't know when to show up, it makes their lives harder.) If you talk to them and they blow you off, or you talk to them several times and it's still a problem, THEN contact your union rep and ask them to talk to management without a formal grievance so you can keep your name out of it. If you have to, file a grievance, but try to resolve the issue without one first.
