What is ACH NET CHKG

Hi, I was looking on my paystub and I was wondering what ACH NET CHKG was? It took out more than 200 dollars and I only worked for 5 weeks!!

Thank you!

If that were the case than the YTD amount would match my Net Pay YTD because all of my paychecks are direct deposited, but it doesn't, it is way less than my Net Pay YTD.

Funny you should mention that.

ACH NET CHKG is direct deposit.  Mine is off by $2.12 compared to net pay.  Such a small amount that I am not worried about it....  I had a payroll correction and they had to do some odd math to make the correction and I think that is where the $2 went.

I checked my paystub from a year ago and the numbers matched perfect.

DO NOT LET THIS GO.  I'm sick of people in this company "not worrying" about a dollar here and there.  Something doesn't ring up right and they just let it go instead of getting it for the correct price....if they steal a nickel or in your case $2 from every employee, think about how much they're making.  I want every damn cent I earn because dammit I worked hard for it and I'll be damned if I'm going to let them sneak any of it away from me or anyone else for that matter

Well what I can see in my paystubs is that that difference between the NET YTD and the ACH NET CHKG's YTD is the difference between your very first paychecks and the first time you started getting direct deposit (remember it took 2 or 3 pay cycles to start direct deposit)...
