Ok I  was  suppose d to work Monday I got the flu I meant to call but it was to bad so I was a no call no show in the summer I was stranded in Ohio waiting on my greyhound and never didn't call that was 1 warning I called today because I'm still sick and the lady says you know what just don't come in anymore now can they do that or do they have to follow  protocol And give  me my warning

You know, there's this thing called punctuation.  Use it.  It helps people understand what you're trying to say.

Generally time they will suspend you or fire you in person with the union never over the phone.

Like mentioned above, a <i>competent</i> company won't fire you over the phone.

If you are union, then they need to give you write-ups from a store manager or comanager.  Not from a person that works in the service desk.  Termination would be in person hopefully without a police escort!

better get a doctor's note for this one.

3 no call no shows is a voluntary quit

how can you not call?  

come on! i was in a bad car accident once and work was my 3rd call after 911 and family.

You can always have seine call for you. If they refuse to talk to anyone but you, then have your friend, family, spouse/partner put you on the line. That way an attempt was made
