It varies from store to store.  Ours is usually available by January 31st and we have to make our selctions by March 15th.  Management has to approve it by April 1st.  Since you're taking a vacation in February, be sure to let your department head know well in advance and if you're on e-schedule make sure you or your department head puts in a request for you for that week.
