Is it possible to remain full time and receive all full time benefits while only being able to work 32 hours a week? Thanks.

Maybe yes, maybe no. Depends on your contract and seniority. Some contracts only require 32 hours to be maintained to remain full time.

In my contract you can work 28 hours and recieve fulltime benefits.

My suggestion would be to contact your steward or representative for the information. Alternatively, you could ask for a contract booklet.
