I was suppose to start out at 13.05 but they couldn't prove all of my experience pay because McDonalds sucks... =| so 10.80 works I guess.

Like I said must be nice, after 4 years I make 10.20 an hour and they are cutting hours big time, plus 4 hours of work on most days they said its because of sales. All of the UC are checking so when u need a price ck  or replacement no one is available it's bonus time for management.

Night Premium I believe is when you work overnight. It's a little bit extra pay for working those hours. I'm not sure at what hours it covers though.

That's exactly what it is. Here in midsouth, full time night clerks get it for shifts starting between 9p and 6a; everyone else gets it for all hours worked between 12a and 6a.

In some places you get it if you just clock out late. One time I was scheduled until 10, but didn't clock out until around 10:15 and I got 15 minutes of night premium pay.

Aw hell, I wish I could be making $10 an hour at least.

But, alas, just $7.35/hr for me. Hehe... "competitive", right? >.>

I get to hear that radio ad every single day. I'd laugh my head off if someone sued Kroger over it.
