For us here in Michigan, it's 4 hours of free pay for part-timers and 8 hours for full-timers, IF, you've worked there for at least 3 years.

If you are in the midsouth division, you get nothing extra.

As you notice, it varies widely. Probably dictated by union contract. We get paid holiday pay from day 1 here in North TX.
