Manager dating a employee!

At my store we've recently had several management trainees come through our store and one was recently named one of our co-managers.  While he was training he began dating a girl I work with in the deli.  Around this time she began getting this attitude that she's in charge   and tries to tell us how to do our jobs.  And the dept. managers don't do anything about it.  I used to consider her a friend but now she's became such a bitch.  Her boyfriend/co-manager is also a nit picky by the book prick except to her.

Any advice on how to handle this?  Who to go too? Store management is totally useless so I figure going over their head is the way to go.

Ethicspont. You could also potentially sue the store if anything drastic ever happened.

You could try corporate or HR. See what the policy is on management dating employees is same store.

It's against company policy and all trainees are told that LOUD AND CLEAR during their orientation... however most of these young hormone driven co managers can't keep it in their pants or keep their legs closed whichever the case. It's silently accepted because usually his/her boss is dipping into the work pool. and then sometimes even his /her boss. It all starts out fun but like u've found out- before long one of them takes advantage of the situation. Wait until the romance goes sour- then all hell will break loose. But bottom line if a romance does bloom between store mgmt. and a member of the workforce then they are obligated to inform their bosses and H.R. so a transfer can be arranged asap- but a lot of them are kept secret- they think.

What if a co-manager is good friends with another employee at the same store?  I would think there would be bias if a situation ever came up between that employee and another employee.
