Hours not counted??

Just checked my upcoming paycheck online and it says I only worked 14 hours last week when I really worked 26.5. So my check is short. How do I fix this or how do I bring this up with the store? Will they fix it? Or am I screwed out of my pay? I think it's because I got the "Ring restricted" code my first few days...

Talk to payroll.  Even if your ring comes up "Ring Restricted" it still shows that you punched.

Just called. They said that when I go in on Friday to pick up my check to tell them I'm missing hours and they will add it as backpay to the next check. Kind of upset that I will be missing pay this week but at least they will pay me eventually...

I had that happen once. It rolled over to the next paycheck just as they said it would. No problems.

I always write down all my hours and shifts on a calendar.

When you are ring restricted, you need to write it in your payroll correction book.  The punches should be there just not validated.

Also, if someone from customer service or a night grocery manager is there, you can ask them to override kronos so you can punch in.

Basically, you were scheduled but someone didn't enter it into kronos correctly ahead of time.  If you are on night crew, get used to it.  Wait until the manager tries to write you up for being absent on your day off.
